System Design, Installation, and Maintenance. System design, installation and test comprise our team's forte – we are experts in the entire process. Once the project requirements have been established, an integrated survey team will perform a site survey. The site survey team size is determined by the scope of the project and normally consists of our senior engineer, technicians and other necessary skill sets. The customer is key to the success of this effort and is invited to participate in all steps. After the survey, a detailed list of equipment, preliminary drawings, and labor and host requirements is published for the initial design review. This process of reviewing, changing, and approving continues until all parties agree to the design. Our team's goal is to meet the mandated requirements and to successfully exceed the criteria specified in ESE-TP-0023, Electronic Security Equipment (ESE) Installation Acceptance Test and Turnover Plan.
Program Leadership/Management. This is the area in which our team excels. We realize the importance of this position and the management of multi-million security system installation projects. The project lead is our on-site representative and is capable of answering questions, directing the workforce, acting as liaison with base agencies, and the tracking of project milestones. He/she can coordinate activities with the ancillary and collateral groups in support of the project or personnel on the project. We have knowledge of requirements, how the components integrate, and how to anticipate installation anomalies.
Engineering Support. We have extensive knowledge of security system installation and integration needs to meet and exceed requirements using Air Force, Army, Navy, and DOD guidelines.
Logistics Support. Our organic logistics personnel are experts in the research, cost estimating, acquisition and shipping of all equipment, supplies and materials needed for CONUS and OCONUS installations.

| Our team uses a powerful suite of tools, PIMS (Program Information Management System), to manage our contracts. PIMS provides the toolset that, coupled with our management approach, allows us to apply structured processes that facilitate the decision making and knowledge flow essential to maintaining near real-time visibility and control of the work effort across all functional areas, including all geographical locations. PIMS also provides our managers quick access to the status of systems, equipment and spares, work performance and resource utilization. Our efforts have “… developed a Program Information Management System (PIMS), which is a software tool that provides quick access to work being performed, cost information, personnel information that management wants to communicate to the work force and most importantly access by government managers who require information for various reasons,” according to Government representatives from the Western Range Operations, Communications and Information (WROCI) contract, Vandenberg AFB CA. |
